Week of February 26 to March 1

We are officially 3 days away from competition, and we still have much to be done! This week, our goals include:

  • finishing the pit design

  • making stickers, buttons, and keychains

  • organizing food for competition

  • heat pressing team shirts for competition

For this week's meet The Team Spotlights, we have Lilyana Rosen and Patrick Radosevich! Lily has been on the team for 3 years, and is a junior (11th grade). Her favorite thing about robotics is "learning new things and meeting new people," and her hobbies include "everything, idk man." Tommy ia a first-year team member, and is a sophomore (10th grade). His favorit ething about robotics is "chatting with the Joshes" and his other hobbies include "tennis, swimming, cross country running, math team, drumline, and theater." #MeetTheTeam

We would also like to use this week's blog update to shout out some of our sponsors! Thank you to MTech Engineering and Sappi! With their generous donations, we are able to grow and develop as a team. All donations made to 7797 RipSaw Robotics go to robot material and community outreach. Without sponsors, robotics wouldn't be possible! Thank you MTech Engineering and Sappi!

The countdown to competition has officially begun, see you then.
